Every visit, I look at skin integrity, circulation, nail health, callus formation, and signs of underlying issues like fungal infections or peripheral neuropathy. Many of my senior clients are on blood thinners, have diabetes, or have conditions that affect their feet. When something changes, I notice — often before anyone else does.
